The Ohio Elections Commission ruled 4-0 today rule in favor of probable cause concerning a complaint brought by Jim Urling of COAST that Jean Schmidt lied in campaign materials claiming endorsements from Congressman Chabot, Congressman Tancredo and the Family Research Council. They have called for a hearing on either the 20th or 27th of April to determine her guilt or innocence.

The Commission also dismissed four complaints that had been brought against former Congressman McEwen.

On the 18th they ruled in favor of BizzyBlog’s complaint that McEwen was violating Ohio law in referring to himself as Congressman.

Prepare for your lashing with a wet noodle, Congresswoman.

ADDED: BizzyBlog has the details of his complaint which failed. Hang in there Bizster… after all there will always be more opportunities with you Republicans. You can count on that.
