Well, Congress and the administration, through the infinite wisdom that grants them complete immunity from all laws or reason, have provided sites like mine a tool to use against the likes of the Evil E: President Bush has just signed H.R. 3402, a bill that includes a provision that makes it illegal to post annoying Web messages without disclosing your true identity.
