“Winning Exit Strategy”: Courageous and Inspirational or Confusing and Meaningless

That’s the question concerning Sherrod Brown’s call for a “winnning exit strategy”. Captain of the Sherrod Brown cheerleading squad David Sirota says courageous. Sherrod Brown haters Tim Russo and Buckeye Senate Blog say huh? What do you think?

I am on the “confusing and meaningless” bandwagon.
I will go with answer C, “reasonable”.
A “winning exit strategy” is exactly what is needed. The current administration started an unnecessary war that they seem incapable of effectively prosecuting. A winning exit strategy gets our people out at the earliest practicable date without leaving Iraq to fall into utter chaos and civil war. Rep. Murtha suggested 3 components of such a strategy. Why not look at those among others?
So far, all I hear from Brown and most other Democrats is a losing surrender strategy. I think Democrats need to listen to Ed Koch – http://www.newsmax.com/scripts/printer_friendly.pl?page=http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2005/12/6/165041.shtml
I dont know hon, the more I see this Brown guy the less I like him.
meade and Ed are right. We need to go. Let the others step up.
They are going to have their civil war no matter what.
Well said, Mrs. E. Isn’t this what Paul Hackett has essentially been saying, only with slightly less eloquence?
