Unlike during his bid for Congress earlier this year, the highly influential MoveOn.org is backing Paul Hackett’s in his potential Senate bid. The fundraising mailer sent out today included support for the Reform Ohio Now initiatives on the 2005 ballot. Could the two things be tied together?

If they’re so influential, how come Shrub is still President?
I don’t think I like the “Evil Editor”….
I was at the Hamilton County Democratic Forum last night. It proved to be an informative and fun evening. Paul Hackett did not acknowledge running for Senate, nor did he deny it, in spite of Dave Altman’s hints.
Paul talked about how we need to work for the passage of Ohio Issues 2,3,4,5. He talked primarily about the issues to redistricting (Issue 4) and for reduction of campaign contributions (Issue 3).
Other presenters were Professor Richard Gunther, founder of Reform Ohio Now, and Jennifer Brunner, candidate for Secretary of State.
They all get my vote and support. Getting these state issues passed will be a step in the right direction and along with getting Jennifer Brunner in as Secretary of State will hopefully resolve the serious and major election problems we experience in Ohio.
The only problem we have is that we have to work with the current corrupt system to get the issues passed and Brunner elected.
Just think, we will have the Secretary of State running for Governor. Hmmm.
You ask why is shrub still in office? Evil Editor, please keep a clear picture of who your friends are and who your enemies are.
Thanks!
Also note there are different levels of “friends”
Are you there?…
