$50 says before August she will have made more than four trips. Heck she’s sitting at two right now and July isn’t here yet!
OK… but if I hear enough fours I’m bumping it to five.
Did anyone see in Thursday’s Enquirer that upon visiting with Bush at the White House, the President noticed the Matt Maupin pin Schmidt was wearing and wrote a little note for her to deliver to Matt’s parents which according to the paper she plans on giving to them within the coming week or so. Did Bush not realize that district 2 still covers the same area as it did with Portman? How convienent. Schmidt was politicizing Matt Maupin the day she announced her run for Portman’s seat. I hope Hackett comes to this part of Clermont County soon to point out that supporting the troops requires more than slapping a magnetic yellow ribbon on the back of your car, that you make sure they have all the food, armor, equipment, other troops, and planning needed to carry out the mission as safe and swift as possible AND that the war they’re being sent off to fight and possibly die in is a war that MUST be fought.
